  • Weightloss, pms and  exercise.. what a combination

    So Steve is down 24 pounds now and his blood pressure is awesome.  He's doing wonderful. Me, well it's is PMS week and I am having to stop myself from eatting my way through my kitchen. I hate that I crave so many different things during this week. I was due to have the evil aunt arrive but think my new exercise has tossed around my schedule. GREAAAAAAAAAAAAT LOL Today is better so maybe pms is subsiding. So if I pissed you off this past week.. sorry

    We refrained from walking today because I couldn't walk lol Seems three days at going full steam after being, well, stationary was more than my muscles could handle. I am going to try and walk daily after the girls leave for school. Still cool enough for me to do that.

    That's all I've got.. nothing exciting.

    Happy Birthday to Danni and my sil Amy today!

  • Ahhh - to be a man! I swear, all they have to do is think "I'll lose 5 lbs" - and it's gone! Seriously, you are doing great to listen to your body. If you try to keep that pace when hurting, you won't keep going. Suggestion (like I'm an expert or something!): When you can't walk, play some rock'n'roll & dance a couple of times during that "off" day - at least it's fun!
