• Back to school, back to school, they got their hair straightened, bookbags packed, breakfast ate and now they don't wanna be late heeeheeee

  Their busses come earlier this year! Jess at 6:45 am and Chelsea's at 6:55 am. Only Jess's stops in front of the house and still unsure of where Chelsea's bus stops. All I know is I just drove them to school and it's a nightmare!

  On today's agenda:

  1. clean kitchen
  2. declutter living room
  3. make beds
  4. do laundry

  Today is the anniversary of Katrina. I think it's important to honor those lost but the "what would you or could you have done differently" stuff is driving me crazy. You can't go backwards, you can only learn from your mistakes. Why not focus on being better prepared for the next time.

  The dog is napping next to me and that looks a heck of alot more enticing than dishes lmao
