So I've begun the weight loss journey again. I was so gung ho when I started the Discovery Body Challange and life just got in the way, or rather I let anything and everything get in the way of my goals. I got on the scale today and wasn't shocked at the number. Let's face it, I live a very stationary lifestyle and work as well and I'm not going to loose weight sitting on my behind.
Step one is to restart Weight Watchers and live by the point system that worked so well for me in Germany. Step two is to get moving again but I'll add that after I can get step one down comfortably again. Step three will be to once again remind myself that I am capable and worthy of the weight loss. Step four will be to make the change for my whole family and get us all eating healthy again.
I've lived this cycle for too long and I really want my kids to learn to eat healthier. It's ok to have a junk food day but we eat entirely too much of it I think. Too much processed foods because they are quick. I've got to start making meals ahead of time and that will help as well.
It's been raining for two days and it sort of has me in a melancholy mood. Thus the house cleaning on the blog and in my life lol

Good for you. I know we fall into the processed food so often for the ease. You can do it!

It's always hard to break bad habits. Lord knows I have tried to change many of mine over the years.
