  • I'm looking for a snow day or two or three lol Monday is just hard because well no more sleeping in etc. I've got to learn to keep the same schedule on the weekends that I keep during the week and Monday might not be so bad lol


    Weight.. I gained a pound lol so I'm back to 0 loss BUT it's ok.. maybe I gained some muscle? How is everyone else doing? I've had trouble with the site so that's frustrating me but I'm going to start walking again daily and trying to go to the gym three times a week to start. Sat and Sun there are pilates classes on base and during the week there is a "Legs, Butt and Gut" class lol that I'm going to try to go to on Wednesday's.


    As for diet changes.. I ate poorly this weekend and that might be the weight gain as well. The problem isn't that I ate too much.. I actually didn't eat enough and when you do that your body holds on to what you eat. Soooooo I've got to get all this fixed because I went from eating all the time to barely eating at all. One cannot exist on nothing for long lol or one meal a day either.

  • I wish I had advice, none here... i'm still trying to find something to work for me. I'm all about portion control atm, and no seconds at dinner no matter how good it is HUGS

  • I admit I am simply "attending" WW classes so far.  I am so distracted by so many things.  I can't seem to settle down.  I think it would only be fair to lose weight reletive to stress levels, don't you think?  Special diets are making me crazy.  My FIL can't have food with calcium, phosphates, potassium, salt, tomatoes, whole grains, beans due to dialysis/kidney failure.  I'm doomed!  So, no, I don't have any advice.  Let's just enjoy each other's support.  This might not be the week/month to lose a pound - but one day it will be, so be ready!
