• TGIF! Gosh I feel like I just wrote those words but I didn't.. it's been a week lol And what a week it has been. After a mentally draining day yesterday I awoke to feeling rested and ready to take on the day. I'm planning a fun weekend and dammit I deserve it!

  I was going to get off early today but frankly I need the paycheck more than the extra hour or two I would have gotten. But we are all cleaning house today and then implementing the new chore charts and allowance rate. Things have to improve around here or I'm going to be forced to really consider getting help because I can't keep up with it all and I shouldn't have to.

  Both girls brought home their report cards yesterday. Jessica got straight B's! She was so proud of herself and is now determined to make them all A's! This is huge for her because she's rarely ever made above a C with modifications and now she's learning that studying and hard work do pay off! We are so very proud of her! Chelsea brought home A, B, C, and D! lol What are the odds that she could hit each grade like that.. though it doesn't make us happy. She knows what she needs to do and how to do it. She has a B average and she knows she's got to do better. I think she will. It's funny though she did better on her finals than she did in the class itself.

  She took some awesome photo's yesterday and I'll try to post them protected before I leave for work. She's going to take photography next year and apply to work on the yearbook. I'm glad she's motivated to do something. Softball try outs begin next week!
