  • New recipes posted on Healthieryou2006


    If anyone has any recipes to send or would like to post them on there please do! Most of the ones I've posted thus far have been Weight Watchers recipes from a book I purchased at the grocery store. I've also got several other WW cookbooks at home so I'll start to put those in as I can.


    Things will be busy for me at work this next couple of week so I don't know if I'll be able to get as many on there. I just want to make sure we have healthy choices to cook with and a variety. I know I like variety and can't eat the same things over and over.


    Oh and we ate and loved the Herb-Stuffed Peppers.. only change to it was I added garlic lol

  • I'll start adding when I come back - I may have a new pancake recipe to share - MIL swears by it.

  • I just picked up a ww book at the meeeting yesterday, so I will also share some that I like.  BTW - I lost my first pound!  (Won't dwell on the looooong road ahead...lol)
